Most custom homes fail at the seam between design and construction, where a drawing meets a price and someone quietly changes the answer. We remove the seam. The same team that draws the house prices it, programmes it and stands on site while it is built.

A custom home should be specific to a family and a plot, not to a style. We start with how you actually live — who cooks, who works from home, where the noise is — and let the plan follow from that.

Families building the house they intend to grow old in, and owners who have bought a plot and want one contract rather than five. Most of our clients have never built before, so the process is designed to be explainable at every stage.
